Speak to one of our trained office staff (not a call centre) who will take your details and a brief description of the problem.

Your details will be passed on to a surveyor who will call you to arrange a mutually convenient date and time to meet you on site to view the problem and provide you with a free, no obligation quotation. We are unable to provide quotations over the telephone without visiting site because each job is totally different.

All quotations are provided in writing by the customers preferred method ( post, email or fax). We guarantee that you will not receive any further communication from us following the provision of the quotation. We guarantee to beat any like for like written quotation.
If you wish to proceed with the quotation please call the office to book a convenient appointment for the work to be undertaken.

Engineers will attend on the appointed day and carry out the work required. Every customer is provided with a feed back form for completion, together with a pre paid envelope.

An invoice will be prepared and despatched. Payment can be accepted by cheque and BACS.

Any reinstatement required will be undertaken by a specialist reinstatement team within seven to ten days of the first appointment in order to allow the excavated ground time to settle and dry out.

While we cannot guarantee that nothing will ever go wrong, if you have a problem you have the added security that as members of the Trading Standards Service “Buy with Confidence Scheme” we are required to deal with any complaints in a fair and equitable manner. If the complaint cannot be resolved, the Trading Standards Service will attempt to assist in reaching a solution.
