M&S Water Services (Utilities) Limited are delighted to be celebrating twenty years of trading in 2017. Since incorporation in 1997, when the company was set up to bridge the gap between water companies and the customer that domestic plumbers cannot fulfil, M&S Water Services has grown into a successful business providing specialist services to a large portfolio of customers. Ranging from domestic householders to water authorities and everything in between. We provide expertise in a number of fields such as underground water, plumbing, drainage, no dig trenchless technology, fusion welding, leak detection, civil engineering and RPZ valve testing & commissioning.
M&S Water currently employee eighty six members of staff (which is expected to rise to over one hundred in 2018) and have seen their client base rise in recent years, most recently securing an interim framework with Affinity Water (Maintenance and Repair). M&S have recently become an approved contractor to NWG and their nationwide Pipeline Solutions department, NWG Pipeline Solutions are part of the Northumbrian Water Group (NWG) which incorporates both Essex and Suffolk Water & Northumbrian Water, our approved supplier status now allows M&S Water to work for any Northumbrian Water Group company. We have also expanded our service offering in the self-lay industry through securing Lloyds Accreditation Water Industry Registration Scheme (WIRS).
This increase in our client base and areas of operation has resulted in significant growth in turnover which is expected to exceed £8M for the year ending 31 May 2018.
To assist with recent expansions M&S Water directors recently established Rochford Plant Hire http://rochfordplanthire.co.uk/ to run a dedicated fleet of equipment including vehicles, small tools, mini excavators, dumpers and welfare units etc.
