This was unfortunately on a Friday! However over the following Monday and Tuesday your various engineers visited our home, identified the leak, and carried out the necessary work and repair. He came to my property at the arranged date and time and discussed the options available. I received the estimate within a few days, it represented good value for the work involved. I would like to thank the staff on the front line especially Lisa Sheridan, Hannah McDonald and Hannah 2 (apologies but did not get the surname) for all their help and patients. Even after installation with minor issues they were very helpful and got things sorted. This was so comforting for a person who gets stressed with issues.

I would just like to say how pleased I am with the work they have completed. The job was carried out quickly with no disruption to myself, family or neighbours and the standard of the job is superb. I found I had a leaking water main on a Monday night, late, while putting out recycling.

Phoned emergency number at 2am, got a call back at 6am (emergency phone mobile phone left downstairs, an apologetic voice said), and still had a team of two on site by 7:15am. They dug and found the leak, but needed an inside team to replace the pipe from inside a corner cupboard in the kitchen to their hole outside.

Inside team came at 4:30pm and had all fixed, clean and tidy by 6pm. Both teams, and head office, very courteous. Local teams very careful of social distancing, and the man who came inside wore mask and gloves, and touched as little as possible. Altogether, and fast and very satisfactory response.

Work carried out at our sports centre. Sam, Steve and Ryan extremely helpful and speedy in solving our water issue. Very please with the outcome.

On Saturday (17/05/2014) two of your engineers attended our property for a leak in the mains pipe. Although it was 10.45 am when they arrived they took on the job of repairing the leak, even after being informed that the last time we had a leak in January it took 4 men, from another contractor, 8 hours to fix it.

I was very impressed by the way they kept me informed throughout the repair & that they were very polite & helpful. A credit to your company.

I would also like to add that the two men who came to "make good" were also very polite & helpful.

I have spent six weeks chasing my insurance company and had visits from 6 different engineers from them. They were still unable or unwilling to actually mend the leak.

Last Friday, on the recommendation of Affinity Water, I rang your office. By that evening I had an appointment for 09.00 on Sunday. Kevin was on site by 08.30 (a charming and helpful man). He found the leak position within all of 2 minutes and by 11.30 had dug the trench, including breaking through concrete, isolated the old pipe, drilled through the house wall and installed a new pipe and stopcock through the back of a kitchen unit (with absolute minimum damage to the unit).

He then tested the rest of the pipe from the road and back filled the trench and telephoned me to say that he had finished shortly after 12.00.

What a service!.....and all for a reasonable price too. Please accept my thanks for one of the most efficient, customer friendly services that I have had for a very long time. Please repeat my thanks to Kevin, and, if you have such things, put a copy of this on his personal file.
