Hello Thomas,
I just wanted to contact you to say a huge thank you to the crew who attended our water problem at 24 Coanwood Cottages, Wareside, SG12 7RT the other week.
My wife was here when the crew arrived and she was extremely impressed on how they conducted themselves throughout when trying to find the “leak” and how they went about getting it repaired and they kept her informed of what was happening throughout which is a credit to them and to M&S Water Services.
She said  the crew were friendly and polite and very professional and had left such a positive impact on her on getting the job done as it had taken many months to get sorted, that she was full of praise when I arrived home that evening that I had to contact you and let you know.
Can you please pass on my thanks to them as well and my thanks also to M&S Water Services for a job well done.

St. Peter’s Church, Welwyn Garden City


Hello Michael,

I thought I would just drop you a line to say how very pleased we were with the work your Company carried out in providing the new water supply pipe to the graveyard extension at our Church.

Your two operatives were unbelievably punctual.  You stated that your workforce would arrive at around 8am, and as I was chatting to the Churchwarden having opened the gate early, almost exactly as the clock tower started chiming eight o' clock your two chaps arrived and started driving down the driveway. They were extremely polite, helpful and efficient; perhaps you could thank them from us.

I noted in the emails between us that we originally had contact and you visited St. Peter's way back in April.  It has taken some time, but we now have our new water supply.  Thank you for being so patient during the long delay caused by us and for standing by your quotation regardless.  I can only add that if the Church or myself ever hear of anyone requiring this type of work, we will not hesitate to recommend you.

Please remember that good, reliable and efficient contractors who can be trusted to be as good as their word are becoming increasingly hard to find, so please keep up the good work!

I have spent six weeks chasing my insurance company and had visits from 6 different engineers from them.  They were still unable or unwilling to actually mend the leak.

Last Friday, on the recommendation of Affinity Water, I rang your office.  By that evening I had an appointment for 09.00 on Sunday.  Kevin was on site by 08.30 (a charming and helpful man).  He found the leak position within all of 2 minutes and by 11.30 had dug the trench, including breaking through concrete, isolated the old pipe, drilled through the house wall and installed a new pipe and stopcock through the back of a kitchen unit (with absolute minimum damage to the unit).

He then tested the rest of the pipe from the road and back filled the trench and telephoned me to say that he had finished shortly after 12.00.

What a service!.....and all for a reasonable price too.  Please accept my thanks for one of the most efficient, customer friendly services that I have had for a very long time.  Please repeat my thanks to Kevin, and, if you have such things, put a copy of this on his personal file.

Dear Michael,

Just a quick note to say thanks for sorting out my broken pipe so quickly. I know you deal with these issues everyday but for me it was a stressy situation. The two guys who came to fix it were on time, very polite and hardworking. They cleaned up the best they could afterwards.

I hope for obvious reasons we don't have to speak again, but if I do I would happily contact you.
